Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the day of delivery of your order. If 14 days have passed since your item was received, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Pierced Earrings: Due to health concerns we are unable to refund or exchange on pierced earring purchases.
Custom Pieces: Also, please note, all custom pieces are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days upon reception. Your refund will be received back to you in up to 10 days, depending on your credit card company.
We replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Although it's very rare, If you need to notify us of a damaged item, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your order explaining what the issue is, and please take few photos and share them with us. We will then inspect and process your exchange. In some case, if the item is no longer available, we will process a refund for your item.
We do not refund any packing or postage charges and are not able to provide pre-paid return labels at this time.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL: Return of undamaged goods for exchange/refund is entirely at your cost and risk. We suggest you use a professional postal service with full tracking number to return your item.
We recommend that you insure your package as we are not responsible for product returns that are damaged or lost in transit, and will not credit you for these items.
CUSTOMS & DUTY
International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. *** These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.*** We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Munay Creations cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. Any items returned to us due to customs charges refusing to be paid will be refunded minus the associated shipping and packaging costs.
DELIVERY OR COURIER ISSUES
Our items ship with insurance. If in the case an order is lost, stolen, or another problem occurs during transit, we will file an insurance report for the value of your lost order. Once we receive confirmation of reimbursement for the lost order, we will ship your items or offer a refund. Outside of doing everything we can to track your order down, and file an insurance report, we cannot be responsible for delivery or courier issues and are unable to offer refunds should insurance filing be declined.
